Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Civil & Infrastructure Construction)
- 1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist Project Manager in planning work schedules and construction sequence
- Coordinate daily site activities to make sure work follows the programme
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- 2. Site Supervision & Technical Control
- Supervise civil & infrastructure works
- earthworks, roads, drainage, structures, utilities, bridges, etc.)
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specs, and method statements
- Solve site technical issues and propose practical solutions
- 3. Drawings & Documentation
- Review construction drawings and shop drawings
- Coordinate submissions for shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals
- Keep proper site records: daily reports, progress photos, site instructions
- 4. Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Monitor workmanship quality on site
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with standards and specs
- Coordinate inspections with consultants / authorities
- Rectify defects and non-conformance issues
- 5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure site works comply with safety regulations (DOSH / CIDB / site rules)
- Assist in implementing safety plans and toolbox meetings
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents
- 6. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track site progress and manpower productivity
- Prepare progress reports for management
- Highlight delays, risks, or potential cost issues early
- 7. Subcontractor & Supplier Management
- Coordinate subcontractor works and site interfaces
- Monitor subcontractor performance and progress
- Check delivery of materials and ensure correct usage on site
- 8. Measurement & Claims (basic level)
- Assist in measurement of work done
- Support progress claims and variation orders
- Coordinate with QS for quantities and site verification
- 9. Authority & Utility Coordination (Infrastructure-specific)
- Liaise with local authorities (e.g. council, JKR, utilities if required)
- Coordinate utility diversion, protection, or reinstatement works
Requirements:
- Independent
- Follow Site Manager & Project Manager Instructions
- Work closely with QS for progress claim every month
- Liaise with Safety Officer for safety requirement
- Punctuality
- Intergrity
- All resignation should be formally emailed and noticed at least 7 days notice period during probation.
- All leaves should be filled into google forms and get approved by superior
- Site transfer/relocation required based on upper management decisions.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
