Responsibilities:
- Civil & Infrastructure Construction)
- 1. Site Exposure & Learning
- Assist Site Supervisor / Project Engineer in daily site activities
- Learn construction sequence, methods, and site workflow
- Observe civil & infrastructure works
- earthworks, drainage, roadworks, structures, utilities)
- 2. Site Assistance
- Help monitor daily site works and progress
- Assist in site measurements (basic level)
- Support coordination with subcontractors (under supervision)
- 3. Documentation & Records
- Assist in preparing daily site reports
- Take site progress photos and organise records
- Help file drawings, method statements, and site documents
- 4. Drawings & Technical Exposure
- Learn to read construction drawings
- Assist in checking drawings against site conditions
- Support shop drawing submission process (basic assistance)
- 5. Quality & Safety Support
- Assist in quality checks under supervision
- Attend toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Learn basic site safety practices and rules
- 6. Materials & Site Control
- Assist in checking material delivery and quantities
- Help record material usage and site inventories
- Observe proper material storage and handling
- 7. Coordination & Communication
- Follow instructions from Engineer / Supervisor
- Communicate site observations to immediate superior
- Assist during inspections or meetings (observer role)
Requirements:
- Follow Site Supervisor, Project engineer, Site Manager & Project Manager Instructions
- Liaise with Safety Officer for safety requirement
- Punctuality
- Intergrity
- ❌ Signing official documents
- ❌ Making technical decisions independently
- ❌ Giving instructions to subcontractors without approval
- ❌ Handling claims, variations, or commercial matters
- All resignation should be formally emailed and noticed at least 7 days notice period during probation.
- All leaves should be filled into google forms and get approved by superior
- Site transfer/relocation required based on upper management decisions.
Benefits:
- RM 800 per month

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
