Responsibilities:
- Drive company lorry safely and responsibly to deliver goods/materials
- Ensure on-time delivery according to schedule
- Load and unload goods when required (with or without helper)
- Check vehicle condition daily (fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, oil, etc.)
- Report any vehicle issues, breakdowns, or accidents immediately
- Keep lorry clean and in good condition
- Follow road safety rules, company SOP, and site safety requirements
- Ensure delivery documents (DO, invoices, delivery notes) are properly handled and signed
- Assist in basic site or warehouse work when needed
- Obey instructions from supervisor / transport coordinator
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as lorry driver
- Valid GDL driving licence (mandatory)
- Familiar with KL / Selangor routes (highly preferred)
- Able to drive responsibly and handle goods carefully
- Physically fit and able to work long hours when required
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, or outstation (if needed)
- Good attitude, punctual, honest, and disciplined
- Able to communicate in basic Malay / English
- No serious traffic or criminal record
- Experience in construction / logistics / material delivery is an advantage
- Experience driving 3-ton / 5-ton / 10-ton lorry
- Forklift licence (bonus)
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
